The 2024 Global Ministerial Conference marked a historic milestone, generating over 370 pledges from more than 100 member states to end violence against children. To translate these commitments into real change for the one billion affected children, we must ensure action—guided by evidence, shared experiences, and the voices of children, youth, and survivors.
This WHO and UNICEF-facilitated series – running weekly from July to August 2025 – offers a platform for governments, civil society, and experts to share implementation strategies for the pledges and promote best practices. Each session will focus on a key theme, fostering cross-regional learning and contributing to annual pledge reporting.
