Alison Clark

    Alison, the Senior Director of Finance at Together for Girls (TfG), joined the organization in early 2024. In her current role, she oversees the financial and accounting functions, playing a pivotal role on the Operations team and a strategic collaborator on the Management team.

    Before joining TfG, Alison spent an impressive 13 years at D-tree International, where for the past 6 years she served as the Chief Financial & Operations Officer. During her tenure, she led various functions, including operations, human resources, grants management, compliance, and finance. Her impact was particularly noteworthy as the organization tripled over the past five years. Alison was instrumental in establishing efficient processes and fostering collaboration across diverse teams and countries, ensuring seamless expansion both geographically and programmatically.

    Driven by a passion for mission-oriented work, Alison has dedicated two decades to developing and streamlining operational and finance departments for nonprofit organizations and is eager to contribute to the TfG team. She brings extensive experience in managing complex budgets from a diverse portfolio of funding partners and spearheading initiatives aimed at promoting positive organizational culture as well as equity and transparency within rapidly evolving global organizations.

    Alison holds a Master of Science in Organization Management from World Learning, Inc, and a Bachelor's in Psychology. She currently resides in Boston MA and in her spare time enjoys spending time with her husband, 2 young kids and is happiest outdoors, especially in warmer weather on the water in a kayak, paddle board or sailboat.
