Ana Caceres Birdsong

Ana C. Birdsong is the Senior Operations and Finance Manager at Together for Girls, where she provides essential support to operations management and creates the systems and structures needed to efficiently implement the secretariat’s work. Ana has more than twelve years of experience in program, operations, and compliance management at non-governmental organizations. For a large part of that time, she has supported and later led on a variety of internal process improvement projects. She envisions and creates organizational structures and processes that capitalize on employee engagement and growth. For Ana, maximizing employees' potential is at the core of building operational efficiencies. She earned a Master’s in Business Administration and a Graduate Certificate in Management Leadership from the George Washington University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs from the University of Georgia. Ana resides in Austin, Texas, and in her spare time enjoys indoor cycling, reading, writing, and spending time with her husband and her dog.
