Constanza joined TfG in 2022 to work as a Policy and Research Specialist. She has experience working as a gender researcher in different UN agencies, including UNODC, UNICEF and UNESCO. Before joining the TfG team, she was a researcher at the Global Education Monitoring Report, where she investigated issues related to gender equality, sexuality education and violence in schools.
Constanza holds a MA in Social Policy from the University of Linz (Austria) and a BA in Political Science from Universidad Nacional de Rosario (Argentina).
