Anja and Daisy cover seven key principles of reporting and communicating data on violence, which include:

  1. Be transparent about your findings and analyses

  2. Consider the context of the data and study participants

  3. Consider the audience engaging with the data

  4. Limit jargon in describing findings

  5. Keep it relevant to your audience

  6. Highlight key findings concisely

  7. Include calls to action and recommendations
